CAMPING
SAFARI.
This adventure has been specially developed to take you well off the beaten
track into some of Kenya's
more remote areas, where you will experience the country's amazing diversity of
habitat and wildlife at close quarters.
Overnight camps are sited in either national parks or in private
conservancies so that walking and night drives may be taken, but are also
conveniently located for easy access to Amboseli and Lake Nakuru
national parks and the Masai Mara.
This is a unique and memorable safari experience
which gives the opportunity for excellent photography and will provide many
stories for around the campfire at sundown.

2 nights Amboseli
National Park.
- 2 nights Lake
Naivasha / Lake Nakuru National Park.

3 nights Masai Mara National Reserve.
Day 1: Nairobi.
Fly overnight to Nairobi. Overnight at Jungle Junction Nairobi.
Day 2: Amboseli
National Park.
Drive to Amboseli National Park arriving at
the campsite in time for lunch. Lunch, set up camp followed by afternoon game
drive. (L, D). Overnight
at Amboseli Community Campsite. (B, L, D). Day 3: Amboseli
National Park.
Morning and afternoon game drive in Amboseli National Park
with good views of Kilimanjaro and close-up observation of elephants as well as
many other animals. Overnight
at Amboseli Community Campsite. (B, L, D).
Day 4: Lake
Naivasha.
Morning drive to Lake Naivasha via Nairobi
(250 km). An evening walk at the shores of Lake Naivasha. Overnight
at Kenya Wildlife Service Campsite - Lake Naivasha. (B, L, D).
Day 5: Lake
Nakuru National
Park.
After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park for a full day birding and game viewing.
Marvel at the spectacle of huge flocks of flamingoes which usually inhabit the
area. Also expect to see both Black and White Rhinos along with many other species, and have an
excellent chance of sighting the elusive leopard. In the late afternoon drive
back to Lake Naivasha. Overnight
at Kenya Wildlife Service Campsite - Lake Naivasha. (B, L, D).
Day 6: Masai Mara
Game Reserve.
After breakfast drive to the Masai Mara (260 km) arriving in time for lunch
followed by afternoon game drive. Overnight
at Oloololo campsite. (B, L, D).
Day 7
& 8: Masai Mara
Game Reserve.
Optional early morning balloon flight over the Masai Mara. A full day of game viewing
with lunch in the Masai Mara. Overnight
at Oloololo campsite. (B, L, D)
DAY 9: Nairobi
- Beach or back home.
After breakfast return to Nairobi
(290 km), then proceed with your chosen beach extension or return back home.

-This safari operates for a
minimum of 2 and a maximum of 12 guests.
-Maximum age permitted on this safari is 70 years and minimum age is 12 years.
-This is 'real' camping so be prepared for some element of 'roughing it' in the
wild!
-Sleeping bags, mats and towels are not provided - please bring your own.
Included:
- Transport by four wheel drive safari modified vehicle.
- Services of a naturalist safari guide who is a qualified wildlife expert
- All meals prepared by private safari cook
- All necessary camping equipment / facilities including toilet and shower
amenities
- Accommodation in sturdy canvas 2-person dome tents.
